Bina's Homemade Icecream



Today was an experience to remember as I indulged in some delicious Homemade Ice creams, gifted to me by Mrs. Bina and family!💓


Ice cream creator Bina makes amazing artisanal homemade ice creams, made of 100% milk and no artificial flavors!

Her Quirky twists on ice creams is applaudable , as her ice cream flavors range from Chocolate Hazelnut, to Chai Biskoot, and even flavours like Thai Red rubbies, Coffee Almond, Chocolate Wasabi, Lemongrass, Kacchi Keri, Paan Chocochips and more!

Ice cream has been a big fear for me since the beginning of my eating disorder. But I was finally able to overcome my fear little by little, and taste these delicious flavors.


The ice creams had a rich and strong flavor, along with nice smooth texture. The flavors spoke for themselves, and didn't taste artificial at all.



Kacchi Keri Ice cream:


➽The ice cream was amazing. With real raw mango pieces, this sweet and sour ice cream was refreshing and a perfect way to cool in hot summers.




Chocolate Hazelnut:


➽Dark and rich with cocoa flavor. This ice cream was my favorite among the lot! With crunchy hazelnut chunks, this ice cream was great in terms of both flavor and texture.



Chai Biskoot:

 ➽Such a fun ice cream! The taste of the familiar Masala chai, with its perfect pair, pieces of biscuit. The ice cream itself was light and a perfect evening snack on hot summer days.



Mango:

 ➽What can go wrong with mango? Rich mango flavor with the perfect balance of sweetness. The ice cream was light and delicious.



Paan Choco-chips:

 ➽Smooth and light Paan ice cream, with good quality Paan leaves and choco-chips coming in every bite. Simply delicious. This ice cream makes for a perfect way to end your meal.





Overall, I'm really impressed by these ice creams, and cant wait to try their other flavors.😊
