Here, I'm trying the Blueberry Kefir Drink, and I am certainly impressed.

The drink had a nice tart blueberry flavor, along with a perfect balance of sweetness, making it an enjoyable experience!
Smooth and thick like drinkable yogurt, this drink is perfect as a quick breakfast or a post workout snack.

As I'm on a journey to recover from an eating disorder, one of the side effects of recovery is extreme bloating of the stomach. These Kefir drinks have really helped in soothing my bloat, and prove to be of great use for people suffering from issues like mine.

➽ Post Workout Blueberry Kefir Smoothie Recipe:

Ingredients:
➝ 1 bottle Mo's Superfoods Blueberry Kefir drink.( cold )
➝ 2 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder.
➝ 1 Tbsp Flax seed powder.
➝ 2 Tbsp Milk of choice.
➝ 1 cup ice cubes.


Method:
➝ Blend all the ingredients together.
➝ Pour into tall glass.
➝ Enjoy!
