Zevic Stevia Sweetner and Chocolate

Zevic Stevia 

 Zevic stevia are mainly known for their Stevia sweetener, who also make a number of healthy products like Jaggery chocolate, Stevia dark chocolate, flavored apple cider vinegar and matcha!

Q. So what is Stevia?

 Stevia a natural sweetener and sugar substitute extracted from the leaves of the stevia plant.

 It is 150 times sweeter than sugar, and hence more satiating in much lesser amount compared to sugar.
Stevia has 0 calories in one serving. 
It is perfect for those having Diabetes, Those looking for a sweet substitute for their sugar cravings, or simply to stay health conscious. 

Here I got to taste some of their amazing sugar free chocolates, and the one and only, stevia!
Stevia Belgium Chocolate:

 Absolutely delicious. Smooth, rich and creamy. Perfect amount of sweetness with pure dark chocolate. No aftertaste at all, cant even make out it is sugar free.Super impressed!

 Jaggery Chocolate:

 Smooth dark chocolate sweetened with jaggery. Smooth and melt in the mouth. Rich cocoa flavor and mildly sweet. Perfect the way it is.

 Stevia Orange Dark chocolate:

 This was the darkest dark chocolate i have ever eaten.Subtle orange flavor with very slight sweetness. Good intense chocolaty bitterness, and rich smooth texture. 

 Stevia Sweetner:

Here,I used stevia to sweeten a glass of milk, but it could be used to sweeten anything and everything, including yogurt, milkshakes, tea, coffee, desserts, puddings and more.

 As Stevia is much sweeter than sugar, I only needed a small amount of stevia ( about 1 serving ) to sweeten 200ml of Milk. I will have to say that it was a bit too sweet, and had a slight aftertaste, yet good to satisfy your sugar cravings.

 It can be used in a ton of recipes, as a sugar substitute, like cakes,cookies, granola bars, etc.
Though it is not advised to have stevia in large amounts or over long period of time, it is alright to have it once in a while especially because of its low caloric content.

 Overall, I am really happy to have tried stevia as I always wished to give it a try. The chocolates were my absolute favorite, and would love to try other products from Zevic Stevia!
